Verify you can start fluxbox by issuing:

as the user who will run XBMC

Setup X to allow automatic login (select any)

Create ~/.xinitrc to autostart fluxbox:

Add to /etc/rc.local to start without a loginmanager

su - <USERNAME> -c startx
