Autoadd LDAP usernames from autocreated tickets
Find this file:
/usr/share/request-tracker4/lib/RT/Interface/Email.pm
Before the
my ( $Val, $Message ) = $NewUser->Create( [ ... ]
add something like (you of course need to decide/alter the if statement regarding domainname):
